OCPP 1.6-J Passthrough URL

Point external OCPP chargers at this URL with their OCPP ID appended (e.g. .../v1/ocpp-proxy/wb-bondi-001). The charger uses the same basic-auth credentials as its upstream CSMS. OCPP 1.6-J. The platform forwards all traffic to the charger's configured upstream CSMS.
